Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has recently advertised notification about Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET 2014). UPTET 2014 is an eligibility test to appoint the candidates on teacher or educational teachers post in any Uttar Pradesh govt run school or any private school. Every year , lac of candidates have been appeared inUPTET Exam for appointing as Primary levelTeacher(Class I to V) or Upper Primary level teacher (Class VI to VIII).
Interested Candidates can fill UPTET 2014 Online application form through official website of UP-TET on or before 21st January, 2014. For more details of UP TET 2014 such as educational qualification, age limit, selection process, how to apply etc are mentioned below in this post.

2. Language Teacher of Primary level

Educational Qualification :
1. For Primary Level teacher : Candidates who want toapply , they should have obtained Graduation degree with an aggregate marks of 50% marks.
In addition, Candidates must have either 2 years diploma in special education (D.Ed) OR BTC training from UP (approved by NCTE) OR 4 year diploma in elementary education.

In addition, you must have either 1 year degree in elementary education (B.EL.ED) OR BTC training from UP (approved by NCTE ) OR 2 years course in BTC/CT (Nur)/ NTT (approved by NCTE).
Age Limit : Age Limit is not mentioned in the notification.
UP-TET 2014 Exam Pattern :
Uttar Pradesh TET Exam will be held in 2 parts that will be held in 2 days in 2 shifts :
1. Paper I will be held for Primary level teachers (in 1st session) & Language Teacher of Primary level (in 2nd session).
2. Paper II will be held for Upper Primary level teachers (in 1st session) and Language Teacher of Upper Primary level (in 2nd session).
Application Fee :
1. General & OBC Candidates are required to pay Rs. 300.
2. SC/ST Candidates are required to pay Rs. 150 only/-.
