IMO Printing Error - Unable To Load Client Print Control

Unable to load client print control” when clicking the print button on IMO Website.

Solution

IMO Reporting services is associated to the ActiveX printing control

Install following windows update to fix unable to load client print control issueDownload

you can uninstall these following two updates from add/remove program

1. KB956803 
2. KB956391

Method 3

• you can just delete the registry entry causing the problem
• Copy the red text below into a file with a REG file extension and double-click it
