Change Date Format of Blogger Posts Method I

Step 1. Go to your Blogger Dashboard >> Select a Blog >> Layout >> Blog Posts
Step 2. And click the Edit button below Blog Posts

Step 3. Now below the heading Post Page option from the 3rd drop down after Posted byAuthor select your Date format

Step 4. Hit the Save Button 

Change Date Format of Blogger Posts Method II 

Step 1. Go to your Blogger Dashboard >> Select a Blog >> Setting >> Language and Formatting 
Step 2. Click the Drop down menu in front of Date Header Format

Step 3. And select the Date Format from the drop down menu that you like 
Step 4. Hit the Save Setting Button and you're Done
